To help us process your submission quickly and accurately, include the following details when contacting us:
- Core details: Who is involved, what happened, when and where it took place, and why you believe it is newsworthy.
- Supporting material: Documents, photographs, videos, emails, screenshots or links to publicly available sources that support your claim. Please do not send material that may have been obtained unlawfully.
- Your contact information (optional): While anonymous tips are accepted, providing a name and a secure way to reach you allows our standards desk to follow up for clarification or additional evidence.
- On or off the record: Clearly state whether you are willing to be named as a source, whether your information is provided on background, or whether you wish to remain completely anonymous. If you do not specify, we will assume you wish to be treated as an anonymous source and will protect your identity accordingly.

Our verification process involves checking facts against independent sources, corroborating documents, contacting relevant parties for comment, and assessing the credibility of the information provided. We do not publish unverified claims.
